Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website, in-store, or authorised channels and are subject to availability. Full payment is required in advance for all bakery orders. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.
Preparation & Collection
Bakery products are freshly prepared and will be ready for collection the next working day. You will be contacted via email or WhatsApp once your order is ready. It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the order on time.
Cancellations & Products
Due to the nature of fresh products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has started. As all items are handmade, slight variations in appearance, size, or texture may occur.
Allergens & Liability
Our products may contain allergens such as nuts or traces of other ingredients. Please review ingredients carefully before purchasing. We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.
