GFM Pure organic honey

Silky, subtle and light, this GfM organic Acacia honey comes from selected beekeepers in Hungary where one fifth of the country’s woodlands are Acacia forests. It is of exceptionally high quality, giving a crystal clear, delicate honey.

A low acidity level and high fructose content makes it a great alternative to sugar as a sweetener, as it won’t crystallise or inhibit other flavours.
